The Milk Bar Gallery is an art studio and occasional gallery run by me, Tim Murphy. The building houses the business Oak Lane & Co. (one of two Oak Lane shops on Piper Street, Kyneton), but the proprietors very kindly allow me to use part of the commercial space for occasional exhibitions and workshops.

The milk bar name comes from the fact that my grandparents used to live in the building and ran a milk bar there from the early 1950s until the late 1970s. The building continued to be used as a milk bar up until the late 2000s.
